I eat them all too. My problem chopping fresh veggies is I eat them all

I love all 'shrooms and I even eat the stems. I just chop those up and add to

my dishes. You don't even like thm in sauces?

eww eww EWW. I don't like the smell, texture or flavor. I DID mention that

I'm a freak. I do feed them to my kids in various ways to *hopefully* avoid

them having similar food issues.
