Guest guest
This is great on a veggie burger or as a dip. i like to grate my cucumber [after i de-seed it] for this recipe instead of chopping. Either way you like it, this is a very refreshing dip. Cucumber Dill Sauce 1 cup plain yogurt 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup finely chopped, unpeeled cucumber 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dill weed Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Chill well before serving. Yield: just shy of 2 cups ~ pt ~ Soon silence will have passed into legend. Man has turned his back on silence. Day after day he invents machines and devices that increase noise and distract humanity from the essence of life, contemplation, meditation. Tooting, howling, screeching, booming, crashing, whistling, grinding, and trilling bolster his ego. ~ Jean Arp, artist and poet (1887-1948)
