Guest guest Posted March 29, 2006 Report Share Posted March 29, 2006 i love to marinate cut veggies and mushrooms in this dressing before grilling them. It is wonderful. How i got the idea to do this was my mom used to prepare pork chops that way when i was kid but i hated pork. However i loved the smell of the BBQing dressing, so one day i thought why not do mushrooms and veggies instead, and i loved the results. French Dressing 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup water 2/3 cup ketchup 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp salt 1 small onion, quartered Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend at medium-high until well mixed. Chill before serving. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
