Guest guest Posted March 29, 2006 Report Share Posted March 29, 2006 I just wanted to thank everyone for all the great info on cooking millet and the recipe ideas. I made up a pot of millet with veggie broth and miso and then mixed in some chopped grean beans, grated carrot, grated zucchini, onion and garlic. It was a nice, easy supper, which was good because we had to rush out the door right afterwards to get to a concert (Melissa Ferrick and Erin McKeown. Any fans here?). And there are plenty of leftovers for breakfasts and lunches and bird snacks (my conures and cockatiels get a little bit of everything that we make, as long as its good for them).
