Guest guest Posted March 29, 2006 Report Share Posted March 29, 2006 Mushrooms with Barbecue Sauce 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped 1 12-ounce package button or cremini mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup barbecue sauce Braise onions in 1/4-cup water for 3 to 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 4 to 5 more minutes. Add barbeque sauce and cook until sauce is desired thickness. Serve over veggie burgers, potatoes, or rice. Makes 4 servings.
