Guest guest
I ate at my families last night, I took this salsa or as close a version as I could make. I didn't have yellow bell pepper so I used a green one and I used 2 jalapeno peppers. Everyone liked it alot. Thank you for this, Paul , grow514 wrote: > > > > Gazpacho Salsa > > 3 cups (4 medium) tomatoes, finely chopped > 1 cup cucumber, seeded and finely chopped > 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped > 1/2 cup yellow sweet bell pepper, finely chopped > 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped > 1 TB red wine vinegar > 2 tsp. olive oil > 1/2 tsp. salt > 1/4 tsp. sugar > 1 small serrano chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped > 2 cloves garlic, minced > Tortilla chips > > Combine all ingredients except chips in a bowl.
