I have a millet recipe in the files under breakfast -= Tasty Vegan

Delight. Also a note about millet - if you want a grain for dinner,

somewhat separate/fluffy whatever - toast the grains, and use maybe 2

1/2 cups of water. If you want porridge for breakfast or a dessert -

use more water - perhaps 4 cups. It will be creamy like oatmeal then.

Also,one more thing - millet is lovely tossed raw into a muffin -

tiny little crunchies (not hard though)!!
