Guest guest Posted March 28, 2006 Report Share Posted March 28, 2006 Caribbean Salsa 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed 2 small carrots, peeled and diced 2 celery stalks, diced 1 orange, peeled and cut into cubes 1 fresh green chile, finely chopped (we used jalepeno) handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped juice of 1 lime pepper to taste Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
