The brown rice with miso sounds really good. I have a tub of red miso

in the fridge right now, so I'll have to try that. I also just got a

great deal on some bulk millet. I've eaten millet several times, but

have never made it so I'm gathering some recipe ideas for it. Would

cooking it with miso work as well as the rice with miso? I'm not sure

how the flavors will blend. Does anyone have any experiences or

opinions on miso and millet or other recipes for millet? Thanks!

>>Take a scant tablespoon of miso light or golder type and dissolve

with the water

and make a broth. It will; add a slight salty taste so you don't need

salt,

it's like a light veggie broth flavor. I really enjoy it. Then when

the rice is

done I will sprinkle tasted sesame seeds over the top.

I don't know about the miso but it sounds like it would work. I DO know of a

great millet recipe. Go to and find Helen's Spicy Millet. So

easy & so yummy.
