Guest guest
Congrats! When is your baby due? I had a surgery 6 years ago and was off work 8 weeks. What I did was freeze up batches of spaghetti sauce. I made lasagna and cut it in individual squares and froze. I froze veggie broth. Casseroles are good and there are many in the casserole folder.. Denise has a recipe for Mambo Italiano non-meatballs and those freeze well. I make soups and freeze and I also freeze hummus, it does change the texture a little but it tastes good as a dip or sandwich filler. Our lentil loves are fine in the freezer as well, you could top those with mushroom gravy. Does anyone have any good recipes that will hold up well? Thanks ~Ginger
