Here are a few suggestions, if they appeal to you I'll dig out the recipes: Eggplant parmesan vegetarian chili (I know there are some recipes in the files for this), Lentil stew (but the beans in these might be bad if you're going to nurse) some bread dough to bake later vegetable soup tofu noodle soup w/ bean sprouts Spinach pie Marinara sauce for spaghetti or manicotti (you could make the manicotti ahead too) I bet there is a tofuloaf recipe in the files. I have others but they mostly have beans. I had a terrible time with beans after my kids were born. Is this your first child? amyF (not as much help as I'd hoped)

Guest guest
Yes, this is my first, and I have no idea what to expect, just that everyone told me I am going to be exhausted, lol! I'd love the recipes for some of these, and I'll check the files too! I didn't know beans were bad for nursing? Do they cause gas in the baby? ~Ginger >>>You're smart to do this!
