Guru, you are very appreciated by us. I agree, we have to find out what ails us

and work on it. I was in the hospital a few times growing up from colitis,

always was told it was a nervous stomach and to drink milk to coat it and eat

plenty of dairy, I had huge doses of belladonna and it gave me double vision. I

never could eat the dairy, I would get worse after eating cottage cheese and

yogurt. When I became vegetarian it helped me 50% when I had the patch test by

an allergist the only thing swelling was the cow's milk dot. It felt like a

match burned my skin. If I eat butter or Parmesan I can get away with it but

one scoop of ice cream will have me doubled over and sick until the next day. My

colitis is 95% cured now. I haven't taken antibiotics for 5 years. When I feel

a cold starting I grab my echinachea drops and take my zinc. I used to be on a

continuous cycle of antibiotics, now sooner would I finiah a prescription then I

would be on them again.

Thank you for your knowledge,

Donna

If you would like more information on these, it would be best to contact me

this one exericse in particular for the kidneys and ovaries. Here is the link:

And the sign said " Long-haired freaky people need not apply "

So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why

He said " You look like a fine upstanding young man, I think you'll do "

So I took off my hat, I said " Imagine that. Huh! Me workin' for you! "
