I am in need of some assistance and ideas from you

wonderful people.

 

First off, I haven't been checking the posts lately

because of a lot of drama in my life. In short, I

broke up with my boyfriend in a bad bad situation that

ended with me in the hospital, major depression issues

due to stress at work, illness from my endometriosis

and now the boyfriend issue, and I have lost my job.

My contract with the school district is not being

renewed due to my excessive absences from school. I

finish out the year but I will no longer have health

insurance so I can't have my hysterectomy this summer

like I wanted.

 

Anyway to my question.

I am in a lot of pain and can't find the energy to get

up and cook ANYHTING. But the canned soups and rice

box dinners I have been eating are feeding my endo

with the sodium content in them. I need FAST, easy,

CHEAP recipes that I can eat that include veggies and

such. I can make soups and such in my crock pot but I

am looking for ideas that require little prep. I am

generally a huge whole foods person. I don't like

convience foods so i don't know how to make things

with them. Plus the sodium content KILLS me. I am dead

in bed right now with my heating pad due to the soups

and such I ate this week.

 

So...

 

Low sodium, TASTY cheap and fast? Is that too much? :D

 

Thanks for any help you give me and if you point me to

the files that's fine but I need a way to guage the

sodium content and such...so help there!!
