Guest guest
If I'm just making sweets for myself, I'm willing to take huge liberties with ingredient swapping or exclusion. So, I think I planned on just modifying it a little. Often, if some fat is required in the recipe and it's a sweet bread or dessert, I'll just use peanut butter instead. It goes with anything, as far as I'm concerned. I only have half a mango left right now, and I don't think I've ever picked up a papaya on my own. It seems like they're always expensive and overripe here (probably because no one is buying them). But, maybe you'll convince me. Not sure if you want to try that one. I do have a papaya and a mango bread recipes using applesauce but I don't have them posted, they contain egg and oil so let me know if those interest you and I can dig them out and post. > Donna
