Guest guest Posted March 25, 2006 Report Share Posted March 25, 2006 Dill Sauce 1 English cucumber, peeled, grated, drained and squeezed dry 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip salad dressing* 1 TB fresh lemon juice 1 small clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. salt 2/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with veggie dippers, on your favorite sandwiches or as a topper for baked potatoes. * Note: Miracle Whip has 1/2 the fat of mayonnaise.
