Hello!

 

I've been mainly lurking. I'm Maria and I'm in Wisconsin, although I used to

live in Ann Arbor.

 

I'm not vegetarian but I enjoy discovering new meatless dishes. Of course

that implies that I cook, which is really not the case, but I'm trying. The

Food Network has been a great tutor in that regard.

 

This coming summer I will be doing an internship out east and will be spending

ten weeks living in a dorm. I'm not sure what the facilities will be like, but

I would be very receptive to any suggestions of healthy meals or snacks that can

be made without the benefit of a regular kitchen. I will have a dorm-size

refrigerator. I've requested a single room, but won't know if I will get it or

if I will have to share.

 

So far I've liked what I've seen of the recipes and tips on this list and

everyone seems really friendly.
