I am not sure about the size of the brick of cheese I just kind of shred it until it looks like a good amount, it is the 1 lbs size of Velveeta. I don't measure the mustard, pepper, celery salt or paprika, I just add some then mix it together and taste it. I think the pan is a little bit larger then 9 X 13 inch pan.
