Guest guest
Hi! Newbie Kat here, vegetarian (with the dairy and egg bits) since 1992, I currently hail from London. I joined to learn fun new recipies, and I'm convinced I've come to the right place. Cranberries feature in my favourite breakfast recipie 'Cranberries, yoghurt and sticks' where the yoghurt is unflavoured, the cranberries crushed, and the sticks are the bran cereals shaped like sticks (any other shape obviously does the same thing). Mix according to taste and serve with honey or a less bee-exploitative sweetener. They're also great stewed and sweetened and served with ice-cream or porridge. But I can't remember what I did so I'll post the recipie when I've tried it out again Kat
Guest guest
Denise, I don't have one at the moment, but I'm sure you will find a very good recipe for vegan Yorkshire pudding and custard sauce. When I lived there, I used to hear how many vegetarians and animal rights people there were, but I never met any from my area and felt quite isolated. Now, in Maine it's the same thing ! And, by the way, I really miss Yorkshire puds and custard sauce.( I'm vegan now) Denise Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
