Guest guest
These are the usual things I keep on hand and I seem to always be able to make a meal with them. bulk supply of lentils, both brown and white rice, variety of dried beans, tofu, canned stewed tomatoes, pasta, pasta sauce, jar salsa, cans enchilada sauce, frozen vegetables, cheese, dried herbs, spices, also a good supply of canned beans, frozen tortillas, boxes of soy milk. I use all these items to make quite a few recipes with. Example, different chili's, hummus, pasta dishes, Spanish rice, exchiladas, bean burritos, many rice side dishes, lentil soups and lentil stews. I also work around recipes with the fresh vegetables I find on sale. Hope this is some help to you and welcome with us. Marsha New Messenger with Voice. Call regular phones from your PC and save big.
