Guest guest Posted March 23, 2006 Report Share Posted March 23, 2006 Hey everyone, First want to let everyone that I'm SO excited to be a part of this group, everyone seems extremely helpful and since I'm a new vegetarian this helps make the transition easy. All the recipes that everyone has provided makes this even easier (the ones that I have just read from the digests sound delicious). A little background about myself, I live in Southeastern Michigan (not in Detroit though). I'm currently a full time student but I'm getting ready to graduate at the end of April, with a degree in Industrial Systems Engineering. I'm also the middle child of my family. I've been a vegetarian for almost a year now. So that is some background. One question I do have are some suggestions for staples that I should carry in house at all times, because I always find myself that night either running out to the store to buy that missing ingredient for a recipe?
