Fresh Mango Shake

 

1 small mango (8 oz) quartered, pitted, and peeled

3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt

1/3 cup orange juice

2 ice cubes

 

In a blender combine all the ingredients until thick and smooth

Makes 1 serving.

Calories 250, Fat 1g, Cholesterol 5mg, Sodium 100mg,

Carbohydrate 58g, Fiber 2g.

Points 5.
