Guest guest
Would you grill the polenta before putting it in the bottom of the soup bowl or just use a slice of the ready made stuff? Guest guest
Hi Christie, The way that I have used it in soup was always when I had cooked up a batch that was still soft that I could spoon into the bottom of the soup bowl. I've never bought the ready-made, so don't know if it would be the same. The grilled polenta at the bottom sounds interesting, though--might be even better!
