Whoa!!! Not Quite Ready for Prime Time? Polenta ?

Would you grill the polenta before putting it in the bottom of the

soup bowl or just use a slice of the ready made stuff?

Hi Christie,

The way that I have used it in soup was always when I had cooked up a

batch that was still soft that I could spoon into the bottom of the soup

bowl. I've never bought the ready-made, so don't know if it would be the

same. The grilled polenta at the bottom sounds interesting,

though--might be even better!
