Guest guest Posted March 22, 2006 Report Share Posted March 22, 2006 All Purpose Flavor Base 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sage 3/4 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. thyme 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 3/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/8 tsp. nutmeg Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulverize. Store in an air-tight container. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of this seasoning mix to boost the flavor of soups, stews, sauces, dips, dressings and casseroles, and try it as a coating for tofu.
