Indian dessert , recipe information for Chupa

Chupa-Not sure I know the dessert cake you asked about. Being that my Mom is

Mexican she doesn't cook all Indian food. She likes when I print up your

recipes for her. The relatives on my Dad's side might know, first chance I get

I will try to find out if anyone has the recipe for you. Thanks again for the

recipes. I don't know the names of the ones she's been trying but I do know

they taste very good. She made one grain dish with cherries is it, I think I ate

almost all of it.

What type of cherries does she use? I had a simmilar rice dish at a

Persian restaraunt in California. It was made with saffron. I wish I

could remember what the cherries were because it was delish!
