NO problem making this vegan either. " Pizza Bianca " Saute 2-3 cloves of garlic and a handful of finely sliced onions in a little olive oil until they are slightly tender but still semi crunchy, add a pinch of red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt. Spread on a ready made pizza crust like Boboli. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Sprinkle herbs on top and bake at 450 degrees until done. About 10 minutes. Notes: Change the topping around if you like. One friend adds mushrooms, Sissy adds jalapenos, I sometimes add sliced olives and extra garlic, chopped cilantro is good too.
