Thanks for your kind words. I'm glad your Mom enjoys the recipes. Mexican &

Indian! My favorite resaurant, just outside of Detroit, is the same melange!

By chance, would she have a recipe for Indian tea cake made from farina. It

doesn't have syrup poured over it. It is plain, no silver paper or anything. I

think it is spiced with cardamom. I'd appreciated a tried, tested and tasted

(TTT) recipe very much. Thankyou.
