I made a few alterations to the recipe which worked out very well. I substitued Yves Veggie Ground Round (the best product of this type that I have found) for the diced tofu, and ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese. I also added a little salt and pepper. I made it for my birthday this past weekend and served it. Even the meat eaters did not know it was not real meat and loved it. Thanks again! Stacy Mail Bring photos to life!
