Guest guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 Pumpkin Apple Cider Bread 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsps. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup apple cider 1/3 cup canned pumpkin Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet ingredients in the large bowl. Do not over mix. Pour batter into a 9-inch loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the cake tester comes out clean. Makes 12 servings. Calories 128, Fat 1 g.
