Avocado Cucumber Spread (salad dressing option) 1 sm or med ripe avocado 1 large cucumber, peeled & chopped 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until semi creamy. If you blend longer and pureee then chill and use for a salad dressing. Serves 8. Calories 35, fat 3 grams, protein 1 gram, iron 1 mg., carbs 2 grams, calcium 8 mg. fiber 1 gram One blue star ; Sets on the hill Call it back ; You never will One more star ; Sinks in the past Show me something ; Built to last.
