Vegetable Rice Soup 1 cup white rice 6 cups water 1/2 cup parsley chopped 10 oz. box frozen mixed vegetables 1 med. onion chopped pepper and salt to taste Cook all ingredients in a large pot over med. heat until rice is tender. About 25-30 mins Serves 6-8 Calories per serving 163, fat 1 gram, protein4 grams. iron 2 mg, carbs 34 grams, calcium 25 mg, fiber 2 grams One blue star ; Sets on the hill Call it back ; You never will One more star ; Sinks in the past Show me something ; Built to last.
