Guest guest Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 I usually 1/2 the oil and double the rice wine vinegar, I don't like that much oil and I love the rice vinegar. I also partly cook the noodles. AmyF Chinese Coleslaw 1/2 cup oil 3 T rice vinegar 1 T sugar 1/4 t white pepper 1 t ginger Blend all of the above in a container. 1 package DOLE coleslaw 1 bunch green onion, chopped 1/3 cup almonds toasted 2 T sesame seed toasted 2 pkgs ramie noodles don't use the seasoning mix Mix the above 5 ingredients together and toss with the dressing above. THE KEY IS TO MAKE 12-24 HOURS PRIOR TO SERVING. Then toss a few times and serve. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
