Guest guest Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 The hot chilli chocolates I enjoyed the most were chilli chocolate truffles which were dark chocolatey velvety soft and melty and incredibly hot (can you tell I loved them, LOL)- I got some for my birthday last year. I have seen a chocolate truffle recipe somewhere and I already have some organic 72% cocoa chocolate, so I will give it a go this week some time and let you know the result.
