Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 Almond Currant Rice 2 cups uncooked instant rice 2 TB butter or stick margarine 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds 1/4 cup dried currants Prepare rice according to package directions, adding butter and salt.
