Calvin and Denise Meatless Meals Cookbook recipes

I also own this little cookbook along with many more

good cookbooks. I saw Mya's post and I'll try to post

some recipes from it also just incase she doesn't get

to it. Not only did she pass but she has to move back

to L.A., this is her birthday weekend and her marriage

is May 6th so she is bogged down and she is still

doing her volunteer work at the women's clinic on

weekends. Now we know why she looks for quick, easy,

healthy recipes.

Calvin, you will enjoy this little book and Denise

being the busy new Mommy needs it too.

Happy Weekend....I'll be back, I just located the

cookbook!
