Egyptian Herbed Hummus

1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

1/3 cup fresh basil leaves

2 Tbs grated fresh Parmesean cheese

1 Tbs pine nuts

2 Tbs fresh lemon juice

2 Tbs tahini ( sesame seed paste)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, or other white beans, drained

2 garlic cloves

 

 

 

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping the

sides of the bowl occasionally.
