I know you bake bread all the time. Do you own a bread making machine?

I don't. My favorite kitchen gadget is my little hand mixer, I use that a few

times a week. I was going to buy the bigger Kitchen-Aid mixer but I don't know

if I would use it that often and they are so expensive.

I did have a machine, before I learned how to make bread myself.

I like the KitchenAid stand mixer. I use it pretty much anytime I

would have used a hand mixer (the double whip kind), and it also has a

dough hook so I start my whole grain doughs in there (otherwise

kneading can tire you out *lol*), and a whire whisk, which is great

for whipping eggs, cream, whatever. I also have a stick blender for

soups etc. that I can use directly in the pot.
