Thanks Shelly.

Here are the recipes I've tried from " Meatless Meals for Working

People. If anyone wants any of these, let me know and I can type out

when I have time.

A Hefty Salad page 107

Potato Salad with Olives page 110

Vegetable Rice Soup page 118

Creamed Zucchini / Potato Soup page 117

Leftover Stew page 133

Curried Tofu with Peanuts page 144

Chopped Liver Spread (it's vegan) what a name page 184

Avocado/Cucumber Spread page 186

 

I enjoyed all of them and they are very quick and easy to make.

I just ordered my cook book today from amazon. Great people and great recipes

lead to great friends.
