Guest guest
This is good served hot over steamed greens, pasta or rice/cold or hot as a dip. I am having it tonight with organic blue corn chips. It is even better stored over night in the fridge to allow the herb flavors to be absorbed by the beans. 1 can Soy beans (drained) reserve some liquid if needed when processing . Puree in blender or food processor add: 1/2 teas. garlic powder 1/2 teas.onion powder 1/2 teas. basil (fresh or dried) salt and pepper to taste 1 Roma tomato(peeled and diced) Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for apx.15 to 20 minutes. Or store in fridge overnight and serve cold as a dip. Deanna
