Guest guest Posted March 16, 2006 Report Share Posted March 16, 2006 Orange Cumin Dressing 1/4 cup orange juice 2 tbsps. white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil In small bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, cumin and salt. Slowly add oil, whisking continually. Pour over greens and toss well. Makes 6 servings. Calories 125, Fat 10 g, Protein 1 g, Carbs 3 g, Fiber 0.8 g.
