Great raw food recipes by 4 star chefs. Great if you have lots of time and I mean lots of time. Beautifully photographed - best I've seen " The Sprouting Book " by Ann Wigmore. Everything about sprouting " A Taste of India " by Bibiji Inderjit Kaur " Ayurvedic Cooking for Self Healing " by Dr. Vasant Lad. Great book on food and healing " Real Vegetarian Thai " by Nancie McDermott. The one we use most these past few months " Vegetarian Pizza " by James McNair " Juicing for Life " by Colbom and Keane.
