Guest guest Posted March 15, 2006 Report Share Posted March 15, 2006 Double Green Hummus 1 bunch fresh cilantro 1/4 cup fresh dill juice from 1/2 a lemon 4 garlic cloves (more or less to your taste) 1/2 cup tahini 2 cans garbanzo beans 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt The herbs must be fresh. Removing the stems from the cilantro, blend everything except for garbanzo beans together. Then add the garbanzo beans and blend until smooth. Makes 8 servings.
