That's what I do. I never write vegetarian on

anything for the potluck list. If I do I hear comments

but if I bring it and set it out it's gone in a minute

and then they ask for the recipe.......cracks me up!

Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian; wine and tarragon make it French. Sour

cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it

Chinese; garlic makes it good.
