HI Amy:

 

I would imagine you could use something else in place of the ketchup. That is

the great thing about cooking, it isn't concrete. Things be changed to suit

your taste.

 

Let me know how you change it and what you think.

Gayle - I think I'll make this today. After making Donna's, I feel a

little better about getting the texture right so it will hold

together... but it will definitely take practice. I have everything

except the ketchup - do you think I can skip that? I don't really

like ketchup that much.
