Ouch! Cast iron pans and those handles Robin

I got rid of all the old teflon pans years ago. Do you think the pan

handle holder is dangerous to just move the pan from the burner to

the sink?

I would think as long as the handle holder did not get overly hot it would be

fine. I see a conflict if you were to leave it on during the cooking time.
