Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian; wine and tarragon make it French. Sour

cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it

Chinese; garlic makes it good.

This one is from Donna...

This is so inexpensive and works better than those expensive scrubs

with harsh chemicals in them. I love this scrub, especially on my

feet..........so soft.

" Essential Sugar Scrub "

1/2 cup good light oil of your choice like extra virgin olive oil

or almond oil

2 cups turbinado sugar (sometimes sold bulk or in baking isle)

1 slice of fresh ginger

Place oil in small sauce pan and add ginger slice. Warm on low heat

until fragrance of ginger is brought out. DON'T fry ginger or boil

oil, just heat on medium low a few minutes.

Allow oil to cool to room temperature or just slightly luke warm.

Remove ginger slice and add sugar and mix together.

Use as a foot scrub or scrub on rough areas like knees, elbows, etc.

If your skin is sensitive use brown sugar (it's finer) and don't

heat oil, drop in a few drops of your favorite oil like rose, orange,

lavender, etc. and mix.

hmm... I've never heated the oil... although warm oil would certainly

feel good! ~ Jenni
