Guest guest
Use to dip wontons, eggrolls, pot-stickers or dim sum. Better than the non-veg. version. Orange Ponzu 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium or tamari 1/2 cup rice vinegar (seasoned if you can find it) 1 tbl. of chopped up nori seaweed sushi wra 1 (1 inch) square kombu (kelp) 1 orange, quartered dash of red pepper flakes In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, nori, red pepper flakes, kombu and the orange quarters. Let stand for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil. Just as it starts to boil, remove from the heat. Allow to cool, then strain through a cheesecloth lined sieve. Brings words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail - it's free and works with Mail.
