Guest guest
Hello everyone, Hope all of you are doing well. My name is Candace. I'm a single individual who is transferring over to more of a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle because my body simply cannot handle the toxins that plague food nowadays. (especially beef, pork, chicken, refined sugar, and even dairy products, plus even other man-made chemicals substances that shouldn't even go nowhere near our mouths). Sorry for be so blunt, but it's the truth. Anyways, thank you for the invitation and I'm glad to part of the group. Here is a small recipe that I make when I have the ingredients. It's a very simple recipe, but very tasty. Banana/Strawberry nut drink: 1 cup of strawberries 1 or 2 bananas depending on how creamy you want it 1 teaspoon of stevia (a natural herb that is sweeter than refined sugar and healthier, website: www.sweetleaf.com) 1/2 cup of shaved almonds 3 cups of rice milk, soy milk, almond milk, or any other type of healthy milk. (my preference is vanilla rice milk...mmmm ) Mix in a blender on 6 or 7 setting (medium-high speed) for about 3 minutes. Vola....tasty drink!
