How to tell sweet potatoes from yams

I liked this link. I always get them mixed up. Some recipes call for sweet

poatoes and tey they mean yams. Very confusing!

The first time I made a sweet potato pie I used sweet

potatoes instead of yams and it was an ugly yelloish

color and so bland. It sould me called a yam pie. I

have helped so many people in the produce section over

the years now. Yes, that is a nice helpful link!
