Guest guest Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 Italian Marinated Vegetables 2 cups cauliflower, florets 2 cups cut up green beans 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1 cup pimiento stuffed green olives, drained 1/2 cup sliced sun dried tomatoes 1/2 cup Kraft Signature Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing Steam cauliflower and green beans until crisp tender. Place in large bowl. Add tomatoes, chickpeas and olives; mix lightly. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Nutritional Info Serving Size = 1/2 cup Calories 72, Total fat 4.4 g, Sat fat 0.5 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Carbs 7.5 g, Protein 1.9 g, Iron 6% RDI. Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 cup = 1 Fat.
